
HEALING ARTS
Our Healing Arts program helps high-risk youth and young adults reduce episodes of personal violence, and promotes self-awareness and healing through trauma-informed support groups with mental and behavioral health activities. Youth engage in connective group spaces to process emotions through creative expression and mindfulness practices, learn stress-management skills, and build resiliency.
Additionally, and as needed, Healing Arts provides support for our staff to process vicarious trauma and offers tools to aid in responding to trauma.
