Our Reentry Program supports young people returning home after long-term incarceration, providing intensive, relationship-based care from the moment they're inside Juvenile Hall through their transition back into the community. We work alongside youth and their families to create personalized reentry plans that address housing, employment, education, and wellness. With consistent, trusted support, our goal is to ensure no one has to navigate the process of reentry alone.
