As a faith based organization we believe that, in order to live out our own faith we must invest in people with our time, resources and lives.

We believe that all human beings are created with a need to be connected with one another. These connections or attachments must be healthy and productive in order to produce thriving people.

We place a high value on humanity and believe given the right support and opportunities; anyone has the ability to realize their potential.

We believe that all youth are valuable and have a role to play in society, there are no disposable kids.

Strategic Goals

Youth Support -To provide quality, relevant, programs and relationships with a focus on youth who are often under supported and under resourced in San Francisco , in order to improve their ability to navigate life in a healthy way.

Family Support -To provide a wide variety of opportunities, supports and resources for parents and guardians in order to build stronger communities and resilient families.

Community Involvement/Social Justice -To use our voice to help build our community and advocate for those who are oppressed by challenging unjust systems and social structures and creating opportunities for people to recognize and celebrate their value.

Attachment Community -To build a safe place where all people feel they belong and have value. To create a "family" of attached individuals who are both inclusive and invested in each others lives. 

Organizational Development- Ensure an organizational structure that supports the board, staff and volunteers in advancing the mission.
